Returns
We understand that you may occasionally wish to return an item, and we’re here to make the process as simple as possible.
- You may return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
- If you received a damaged or defective item, the return period is extended to 30 days.
- Please note that we do not accept returns for the following:
- Products damaged due to misuse or showing signs of wear.
- Products that have been used, altered, assembled, or installed, unless found defective.
Exchanges
Currently, refunds and exchanges can only be processed through our physical stores. Please visit your nearest Coup store with the original purchase receipt and packaging to initiate an exchange or return.
Refunds for Online Orders
If you paid using a Credit or Debit Card, your refund will be processed as follows:
- Return Received: Within 5 business days after we receive your returned item.
- Quality Check & Refund Issued: Within 2 business days after inspection.
- Bank Processing Time: Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 4–15 business days to complete the refund transaction.
- Once your refund is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
